It was a really great experience overall. Genuinely friendly staff, welcoming room, good value. The beach nearby was sandy and the view was lovely. Continental breakfast with reasonably good selection. Efficient check in & the service was fantastic.

Agreeable staff, common room, brilliant location. Our room had a lovely bed and a cute view. Fairly clean and appealing hotel in Downtown Reno district. Further, it was close to casinos and hospital and downtown Reno.

The staff was hospitable and the stay certainly was great value. All good - I liked my stay - food was fine and my bed was nice. The room was breathtaking and had lovely balcony. Great service here.
